Jim Dunn Racing will introduce two new sponsors to the NHRA at the season-opening Lucas Oil NHRA Winternationals with the addition of Deville Beverages and Our Savorite Fine Foods as associate sponsors of the team.
Jim Dunn Racing will introduce two new sponsors to the NHRA at the season-opening Lucas Oil NHRA Winternationals presented by ProtectTheHarvest.com with the addition of Deville Beverages and Our Savorite Fine Foods as associate sponsors of the team.
Deville Beverages, from nearby Cypress, Calif., will work with the race team to generate exposure for its Vodka Sodas and new Hard Seltzer products, and Our Savorite Fine Foods will be making its introduction into Menards retail stores through a promotion with the team to promote its crisp coconut and hazelnut-flavored chocolate covered wafers, ChocoWafers.
The bright yellow Mooneyes Funny Car, driven once again by Jim Campbell, will greet drag racing fans in Pomona. The Mooneyes wrap will be one of five different designs planned during the first six races. Team Manager Jon Dunn noted that the new season brings a lot of excitement along with a lot of hard work.
“Jim Dunn Racing is one of a few local California teams that only has to bring their hauler a short distance to reach the Fairplex,” he said. “That is nice considering the first two races are back-to-back in the western U.S. before we have to load up and go across the country to Gainesville. We are thrilled to have new and returning sponsors this year that fans will see in multiple primary graphics at the start of the season, along with new partners like Deville Beverages and ChocoWafers on the Funny Car.”
